ow this feeling is available at home — and you don’t even have to get It’s a Small World stuck in your head, either. With a refreshing blend of frozen pineapple, frozen mango, pineapple juice, and citrus-forward gin, this boozy take on Dole Whip will have you wishing upon a star that you found the recipe sooner. Blended together until silky-smooth with vanilla ice cream, this treat can be scooped into cocktail glasses or teacups (a nod to the Mad Tea Party ride, of course), or folded into a piping bag for a more consistent flow.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 ounces 100% pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 2 ounces American-style gin, such as Watershed Distillery Four Peel Gin
  • 3 paper straws and paper umbrellas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 2 ounces pineapple juice, 2 ounces orange juice, and 2 ounces gin in a blender. Blend on high speed until well combined. Scoop into 3 stemmed cocktails glasses and garnish each with a paper straw and umbrella if desired. Serve with spoons.
