There are three pieces, which include a coffee table and two chairs, and the accompanying cushions are offered in three colors: black, beige, and gray. (I’m partial to the black because it’ll hide the dirt my daughter’s going to get all over them!) Given the under-$100 price point, I didn’t expect much, but the positive reviews have me convinced.

This bistro set has a sleek silhouette that feels effortlessly modern, and one reviewer says it’s a “super cute upgrade for the season.” The powder-coated frames can resist corrosion, scratches, and chips much better than a simple paint job, and the coffee table has a tempered glass top that’s suctioned to the piece to prevent movement or damage.

My favorite design detail is the wicker on the chairs, which is made out of PE—short for polyethylene, a durable plastic—that is not only waterproof, but treated to protect against damage from UV rays.

Lest you think that plastic is synonymous with stiff, one shopper pointed out that although “a back cushion would be nice… the wicker ‘gives’ a bit,” making it “comfortable enough.” 

Concerned that the lack of padding might be a deal breaker? Another happy customer insisted that “the seats are deep enough to add a cushion at the back” without sitting too close to the edge. You can accessorize with decorative throw pillows, too, allowing you to add a bit of your personal taste to the setup. 

That being said, the waterproof seat cushion with a removable cover is a big hit—one shopper calls it “very comfortable,” while another customer describes it as “very cushy.” One review also notes that the cushions tie to the chairs, which is a major value add, “because our old ones would blow away if there was a storm.”

There’s no need to worry about wobbling either, according to a shopper who talked up how much they “love the adjustable bottoms of the chairs to keep stability.” The table has them, too. All you have to do is screw and unscrew the feet to ensure sturdiness on shaky ground.

Most reviewers mentioned the furniture being “easy to assemble” with instructions that are “very straightforward,” with some shoppers noting struggles with screws here and there.

That said, many customers still think this set is totally worth it, especially for the price. As one customer put it, “I would buy it a thousand times more.” After an endorsement like that, why wouldn’t I add it to my cart?
